Personal data protection (KVKK)

We process account and contact details, session IPs, site measurements, payment records and identity verification documents to provide the service. Identity documents are encrypted and restricted to authorized staff. Configured AI providers process content and support requests; SMTP delivers email and Cloudflare protects traffic. Necessary information may be sent to these providers. Data is retained for account operation, security and payment records. Request access, correction or deletion at [email protected]; required transaction records are assessed separately.
